Our innovative design is a combination of post and beam construction made of posts and beams of original wood BSH, which are the load-bearing structure of the house, and prefabricated wall elements made of wood beams of original wood KVH with dimensions of 20 by 6 cm.
Such a solid structure ensures durability, excellent thermal and acoustic insulation parameters allowing the house to be certified as a passive house by the Darmstadt Institute - Passivhaus.
Floors in NOBO houses are made in wet poured anhydrite screed technology to ensure better heat accumulation with underfloor heating and room acoustics.
For flat roofs, we use EPDM membrane for insulation, guaranteeing absolute tightness thanks to welded joints. For houses with pitched roofs, we make the roof trusses from prefabricated trusses and use any type of roofing.
Nobo Wall
For the production of Nobo Casa we use the best and natural materials of KVH and BSH wood from the proven supplier Austrian company ABIES, thermal insulation from Steico and Knauf Insulation, open diffusion BAUMIT plasters.
